Swap devices on an existing account and return the Kyocera
Hello, I've had Freedom Pop service for a few weeks and would like to change devices. I purchased a Kyocera Hydro and have had terrible reception issues with it. I'd like to activate a BYOD Samsung Galaxy S3 I have on my account and possible return the Kyocera. I've tried to send messages through the support tab in my account but have received no response.
