Help with downgrade to free plan
I am not able to downgrade to the free plan online. Need help with it.

Please check the email associated with your forum profile as an agent will contact you. Replying to the email from support can be done as you would a regular email (no need to log-in into Zendesk).

that my account is downgraded. It still shows on my account that I am subscribed to $.499 plan. May be it take some time to update the status. I would wait.
