RMA defective device.

I have been trying to get a replacement for a defective Galaxy S5 for over a month now and although I was promised a new working phone was on its way (it was supposed to be here last week, according to the csr) and an RMA would be issued according to the csr over the phone to customer service after customer service through email would do nothing. I will give one last chance here to get this issue resolved before I get my credit card involved. I am more then happy to give details to an admin through a PM, the issue is not with this account.
