DNS not working for some accounts -- blocks freedompop connectivity on cellular

Everything will work fine while on wifi, but it will make web and freedompop app fail when on cellular.
I think Sprint might be blocking DNS on some accounts or phones. I really wish someone would take a look. I have seen on the forums that other accounts have had this problem for about the same time that it happened to me. It all started around March 10th.

How do I know it's DNS...
from browser www.mit.edu will never resolve and looks like no internet.
But trying will connect to a webpage by skipping the DNS step.

Freedompop's app uses DNS to resolve it's connection so it's failing to connect...

    If you are having connection issues, this procedure will usually fix them.

    First check your account online to confirm there is nothing wrong with billing and that you have at least 100 MB of data remaining. Alternatively to having at least 100MB of data remaining, in billing settings, you can enable top-up. Please note that turning top-up on may incur charges if you exceed you data allotment.

    Next, connect the device to a good wifi signal.
    (I usually turn off Mobile data also until everything is updated)

    Find your phone in this list and click through to get instructions for resolving your connection issues:

    Finally, disconnect from wifi and try using your phone on mobile data. Please use the FreedomPop app, at least until you have successfully made a call

    Always use the FreedomPop app for texting.

    Thanks djinks!!!!!! Profile update fixed the problem. No more DNS problem!
