My mifi 4082 can not connect internet, it is complaining

I checked my online account, it does show 3g plan 500MB, email/call support, no reply.

    @hongtest Hey there! Upon further reviewing over your account, I do see that you do not have a 3G plan activated. You are currently subscribed to the free 500MB plan, which is 4G only.
    You will have to upgrade to the Pro 500MB (3G/4G) plan :+1:
