BYOD not activating
I have a BYOD iPhone 4 that I've paid to activate, but I continue to get "No Service" and a message saying that the phone is waiting for activation. I spoke to a support rep two days ago who said that this is a known issue and has to do with backend issues on FP's side. He said the problem should be cleared up in two days. It's 48 hours later and I have the same problem. The phone works fine when I'm connected to wifi (makes and recieves calls, texts are fine, etc), but I'd like to be able to use the thing as a proper cell phone. Any idea when this backend issue will be resolved? Thanks!
