Google Pixel as BYOD?

Is it available at the moment or coming anytime soon?

I use Nexus 5x. Just plugged a gsm sim. Done. Pixel should work exactly the same way. You can also put a CDMA into Pixel. CDMA could require some activation.

Thanks, I use nexus 5 too on cdma, tried to insert its sim card to another nexus 5, it didn't work. Like you said, probably requires some activation. I'm worried that Freedompop has limitations on the latest phones on the sprint cdma network. I'd like the support to confirm that they can activate Google Pixel on cdma.
