FreedomPop Setup "Getting Configuration Data"

I have tried my Sim Card on 2 Phones 1 Phone: "Amazon fire Phone" and 2 Phone "Blu R1 HD " and both phones get locked in with getting configuration daa" several minutes and nothing, please help.

    did you setup the APN settings? You need to add the APN. Instructions are on the cardboard sleeve that came with the sim card kit. My BLU phone selected a different APN and I had to add the FP one and select it in the menu.
