Having trouble porting my FP number to MetroPCS

I recently switched to Metro PCS and I cannot seem to get the number to port over completely. I gave Metro all of the info needed including the pin. Everything seems to be working except the incoming text messages are still going to the old phone. I have waited over the 72 hour mark and the phone is still not working properly. When I called Metro they said they are still waiting on confirmation from FP.

If a ticket is created for this issue please make sure to note that the number associated with the email account I am currently using is NOT the number in question. I can give all of that info via PM or within the ticket system.

    I spoke with an agent at Metro PCS today about porting my # and she told me they are unable to port from FP.
