Verizon Iphone 5

I have received a FreedomPop SIM card, but I am unable to make use of FreedomPop services on my Verizon iPhone 5 via the cellular network. All functions work properly over WiFi, but I can't call, text, or use data over the cellular network.

I have tried to reset the network settings and re-configuring the APN with no luck.

When I try to call ##CLEAR## or ##UPDATE## from the iPhone calling portal I receive the following:
Error performing request--Unknown Error.

I've been reading old threads that say Verizon iPhone's aren't compatible with FreedomPop, but when I went through the BYOD process everything checked out fine, so I ordered the SIM card. Anyone know if it's simply a device issue, or if I'm having more interesting problems?

    I'm having the same issue. It's a Verizon 5S and I it just shows "No Service"
